About the role
Support the Superintendent and Construction Manager through documentation and administrative tasks related to field operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process RFIs and submittals
- Maintain procurement and delivery logs
- Keep as-built drawings current
- Manage punch lists and closeout documents
Qualifications
- 0–3 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
- Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
Compensation & benefits
Base salary of $78,000–$100,000 with full benefits package included.
