Construction Manager — K-12 (DSA)

About the role
Manage construction delivery on lease-leaseback, CUPCCAA, and multi-prime school projects, encompassing contractor coordination, schedule and cost oversight, inspector-of-record and DSA field coordination, safety oversight, and closeout activities.
Key responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day construction operations on occupied campuses
- Manage subcontractor coordination, schedules, and cost
- Coordinate with inspector of record, architect, and DSA field engineer
- Enforce site safety program and IIPP
- Lead closeout and turnover
Qualifications
- 7+ years K-12 or public construction management experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- CCM certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent field experience
Compensation & benefits
Base salary of $120,000–$160,000 plus profit-sharing, vehicle allowance, and full benefits package.
